What does a celebrant-led ceremony cost?

Every ceremony is different; every family or couple is unique. Fortunatley the fees involved are relatively simple.

Weddings – £590

This fee covers everything needed to create and lead a personalised wedding ceremony. I’ll work with you to plan the structure and wording of your ceremony, including your vows and any rituals you’d like to include. I will draft a full script for your approval, with time to make any changes you need. I’ll stay in touch regularly as the day approaches and liaise with your venue or other suppliers to make sure everything runs smoothly. If required, a full rehersal at the venue is included. On the day, I’ll arrive early, deliver your ceremony, and afterwards provide a printed keepsake copy of the script as a memento.
Travel within 30 miles is included. Additional mileage or unusually complex requirements may incur extra charges, but this will always be agreed in advance.

Funerals – £250

Also for memorial services. This fee includes everything required to prepare and deliver a respectful and meaningful funeral ceremony. I’ll meet with you (usually in person but could be online) to learn about the person’s life and help shape the tone, content, and order of the service. I’ll write a full ceremony script and remain available for any edits or updates as needed. On the day, I’ll lead the service at your chosen venue and ensure that everything runs smoothly and to time. You’ll also receive a printed commemorative copy of the script afterwards.
Travel within 30 miles is included. Additional mileage or more complex arrangements (such as multiple venues or extended services) may be subject to additional fees, always discussed in advance.
